Rental criteria
To reserve your East Orange apartment, please provide the following:

Completed Application: Submit an online application for all applicants aged 18 or older.

Application Fee: A fee is required for each applicant.

Rental History: No prior evictions or bankruptcies.

Employed applicants: Provide last W2 form and Current Income Tax Form

Self-employed Applicants: Submit the last 6 months worth of bank statements, business formation certification, and name of owner must match applicant’s name.

Identification: Valid government-issued ID or passport, and Social Security card.
Minimum requirements
Income must be 3x Gross Monthly Rent.
Must have 6 months of employment history.
Must provide one month worth of income.
Must submit a Bank statement reflecting payroll deposits.
Preferred credit score 650+. Lower scores can be reviewed with the Guarantors.
